Dr. Andrew Rosenzweig, affectionately known as Dr. Andy, is Core Care Clinic's Medical Director for Behavioral Health Services.
He attended the University of Michigan Medical School, receiving his MD along with his Master of Public Health in epidemiology. He completed his residency training in general adult psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he remained for his fellowship in geriatric psychiatry.
He is a published author in the field of geriatric psychiatry (The Harsh Realities of Alzheimer's Care) and recipient of the 2007 Teaching Recognition Award from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
His present interests include the treatment of psychosis and behavioral disturbances in dementia, as well as the delivery of mental health care in primary care settings. Dr. Andy uses his natural skill for teaching and a humble, personal approach to patient care in his practice at Core Care Clinic.
